Weatherman Al Roker’s Lend A Hand project presented donations to two programs, one in Memphis and the other in Nashville. The “Today” show gave the Hands on Nashville foundation thousands of dollars worth of supplies such as carpeting, paint and furniture to help with the flood relief effort. Hands on Nashville has been the driving force behind over 17,000 volunteers who are helping cleanup efforts.

Country superstar Dierks Bentley was on hand Thursday morning in Bellevue for the presentation, providing entertainment for the crowd of neighbors and flood victims who gathered for the show.
